Kuty & Associates Announces New Joint Venture

On July 25, 2008 Gary H. Kuty, President & CEO of Kuty & Associates, LLC announced the company had entered into a joint venture with a startup company that will specialize in the electronic security industry, paralleling the consulting services provided by Kuty & Associates. The company, KLX Group, LLC is owned by Tom Lundy, a highly regarded electronic security marketing and sales professional with over 25 years of electronic and physical security experience. Gary and Tom worked together at Davenport, Iowa based Per Mar Security Services where they became close friends and earned each other’s respect in the security industry. For the last several years Tom was associated with Software House, a leading provider of integrated systems technology. The KLX Group will offer such services as sales recruiting, training, marketing plan development as well as web site and other electronic media promotional services. According to Gary Kuty, "this joint venture between Kuty & Associates and the KLX Group is a natural fit for my company. Tom Lundy and I share a passion for sales and marketing techniques and have proven track records of increasing revenues for those we have served. Our joint venture allows us the opportunity to serve the entire private security industry."

Kuty & Associates will maintain its Dayton, Ohio corporate office as well its Las Vegas, Nevada western region office. The KLX Group corporate office is located in Davenport, Iowa under the direction of Mr. Lundy.
